Welcome Home Residential Assisted Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our dedicated team. We provide a warm, supportive environment for our residents and are looking for individuals who share our commitment to exceptional care.
Position Overview:
As a Caregiver at Welcome Home RAC, you'll make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives by providing personal assistance, engaging in activities, and creating a comfortable home-like atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with personal care needs and daily activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to menus
- Lead engaging resident activities and recreational programs
- Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- Implement individualized resident service plans
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Hours & Reporting:
- Work directly under the Manager and Owner, Russ Warriner
- Flexible monthly schedules with 8-12 hour shifts
Ideal Candidates:
- Have a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Possess strong communication skills
- Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
